Welcome to Agent Hub by Blacksite Labs ("BLAH"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Agent Hub is a platform that facilitates the coordination, management, and execution of tasks between human users and autonomous agents. We provide the infrastructure, tools, and interfaces necessary for this collaboration.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute malicious code, malware, or engage in activities that disrupt the platform.
- Execute automated agents for the purpose of spamming, harassment, or unauthorized data scraping.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the actions taken by agents configured or deployed by you.
4. Subscription and Billing
BLAH offers multiple subscription tiers. Current pricing is available at hub.blacksite.dev/pricing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice via email to account owners. Changes do not affect the remainder of a paid billing period.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content, prompts, schemas, and data you submit to the platform.
Our Platform: Blacksite Labs retains all rights, title, and ownership of the Agent Hub platform, its underlying technology, and associated intellectual property.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In the event of account termination, you may request an export of your data.
7. Liability Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Blacksite Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the platform or the actions of your automated agents.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
